With profound proficiency in point clouds and deep learning, we excel in tackling raw point cloud data through AI-powered semantic segmentation and cutting-edge deep learning applications. Our primary focus lies in construction engineering, where we offer solutions for building component recognition and as-built BIM reconstruction. Pioneering a comprehensive workflow for "underground utilities point clouds to BIM approach," we are poised to collaborate with UU shareholders to enhance our unique neural network, equipping it to handle diverse underground utility scenarios. Ultimately, our approach facilitates the construction of detailed underground 3D maps from point cloud data, revolutionizing the field.

Our Approach

We work from data acquisition to data extraction with our algorithm and machine learning approach.
 
 

Data Acquisition:

We utilize different terrestrial laser scanners, including static and handheld devices, to acquire point cloud data in various building and construction settings. For accurate global positioning, we incorporate geo-reference points obtained from geosystem maps or GNSS RTK rovers. This enables us to provide comprehensive and precise point cloud data for analysis and visualization purposes.

Data Extraction:

With our algorithms and machine learning models, we are able to identify building components - walls, ceiling, floor, columns, ceiling tiles, air diffusers. These are all identified by the point cloud data. Furthermore, we are currently developing a robust library and a neural network for fully automatic recognition of specific objects.
